Prosperity: I used about 7 different kinds of mushrooms for the various stuffings, gravies and gratins for Thanksgiving this year. Pictured here are, clockwise from upper left: golden chantrelles, a cluster of oysters, a very perfectly round copper top, and some hawks' wing mushrooms in the bottom left corner. Not pictured: regular criminis, shiitakes, and portabellas... it was definitely an earthy mushroom extravaganza this year...
